Tip of the week 💡

The Power of Incentivizing Customer Referrals

Who doesn't love sharing a great find? When your customers are thrilled with your products or services, they're naturally inclined to spread the word. By offering them a little extra incentive, you can turn this word-of-mouth magic into a powerful engine for growth. Think of it as a way to say "thank you" while giving them a reason to keep talking about your brand.

The beauty of a referral program is that it's a win-win for everyone. Your customers enjoy perks like discounts, freebies, or exclusive access, while you tap into a whole new audience that already trusts you—because their friends do! Plus, referred customers are often more loyal and ready to stick around for the long haul. So, why not give your customers a fun reason to share their excitement? It's a small gesture that can lead to big rewards for your business.

Meet Judith Richey,

A Force For Transformation

Judith Richey is a guiding light for women entrepreneurs on a journey toward profound transformation. She not only is a strong, dedicated entrepreneur, but she is also an artist. Every conversation I have with Judith feels like a big warm hug and a pep talk for my soul.

Her passion for spiritual healing and growth comes from her own experience of reaching a breaking point. Despite achieving success as a financial advisor, earning a six-figure salary and accolades, Judith felt her soul being drained. In a courageous act, she left the industry to find peace, navigating a challenging journey of self-discovery at a time when the personal development world was still in its infancy.

Now, Judith combines energy healing with nontraditional techniques to help her clients move beyond traditional personal development and mindset work into transformation. Her own path has fueled her deep-rooted desire to assist others, believing that no one should have to navigate their healing journey alone. Through her guidance, women are empowered to become the best versions of themselves, finding fulfillment and abundance in every area of their lives.

If this sounds like something you have been searching for, I have great news! She is currently hosting Intention Manifesting Circles that you can now sign up for and join her growing community.

Google Chats! 💬

I'm a zero inbox kind of gal. I swear, that little number of unread messages on my Outlook, Google, or iMail makes my eye twitch! In an effort to reduce the volume of emails, we used Slack for years as a means of communicating with clients and teams. But after a sizable bill this past year, we went back to the drawing board and discovered a feature we were already paying for as part of our Google Workspace.

Meet Google Chat! If you have a business email with Google, you also have access to Google Chat, and it functions much like Slack. It integrates with hundreds of tools like Asana, your calendar, and more. The content in your chats is searchable, and, similar to Slack, there's a desktop version, and you can make video calls to people in your chats easily. And I've saved the best part for last—Google Chat lets me use GIFs to communicate with my team! If you're looking for a way to reduce your email inbox clutter while maintaining easy communication with your team, take a look!

Keeping it Real 💜

Having grown up on the East Coast, I’ve always loved autumn—the smells, the apples, the changing leaves. The reds, oranges, and yellows were always so amazing. Then I moved to Colorado! Maple trees are not native to the Rocky Mountains, but Aspens are.

Aspens are all part of one living organism, with one tree connected to another underground. The magic of Aspen trees lies beneath the ground, which is why you never see one Aspen standing on its own.

If you’ve never seen Aspen trees change colors, you’re missing out. No, it’s not a rainbow of color, but a hue of yellow I can’t even describe properly. When the wind blows, the leaves flicker like gold coins dangling from delicate branches. It’s a true thing of beauty and one of the sights I most looked forward to when we planned our return to Denver. The pics you see here are from our trip up Kenosha Pass last weekend at 9,576 feet.

We hope you are enjoying fall and preparing for an amazing end of the year! Best wishes on an amazing fourth quarter!
